- Lustica Bay is a new city on the Adriatic, which has been called home by more than 400 families from 40+ countries. Buyers and investors are attracted by the Mediterranean lifestyle and new comfortable residences. Many of them are close to the ambitious concept of the city of Orascom Development, the winner of numerous awards and urban planning competitions. The company implements the Lustica Bay project in partnership with the Government of Montenegro.
- The Peaks is a luxurious area of Lustica Bay, which includes unique and exquisite residential collections.
